How do I choose the right course level? +
Start with your current experience. Our Course Matcher on the homepage recommends options by level, focus, and time. If you’re unsure, choose the beginner track—foundations are the fastest way to improve.
Do I need special equipment? +
For handbuilding, basic clay tools are sufficient. For wheel-focused courses, access to a wheel is required. We also provide a short equipment checklist per course so you can buy only what you need.
How long do I have access? +
You get lifetime access to self-paced content, including updates. Live sessions (if included) follow the schedule shown on the course page.
What is the refund policy? +
Contact us within 14 days if something isn’t working for you. We’ll work to make it right—recommend a better fit, help you troubleshoot access, or process a refund when applicable.
Are courses beginner-friendly? +
Yes. We label each course by skill level and prerequisites. Beginner courses assume zero experience and start with clay prep, basic forms, drying, and safe glazing.
Can I learn without a kiln? +
Absolutely. Many students start with air-dry projects or use a community studio for firing. Our lessons include options for finishing pieces when kiln access is limited.
Do you provide certificates? +
For selected structured programs, yes—certificates are issued after completing required modules and submitting final project photos for review.
